His expertise lies in building strong teams, fostering a culture of commitment, and recognizing the unique strengths of those he works with.
Raised in Boise, Idaho, Gage is new to Southern Utah but brings with him a lifelong love of adventure, music, and connection. His youth was spent backpacking in the Frank Church Wilderness, making music in both marching band and garage bands, and wrestling his four brothers—an early foundation for his resilience and teamwork.

Being a wilderness guide for young adults became the most rewarding professional experience of his life, leading him to transition into mental health full-time—a decision he has never looked back on.
At the heart of his life are his wife and three sons, and his free time is spent getting outside with them as much as possible. He brings to Engage not only his experience and leadership but also his enthusiasm for life, love of the Boise State Broncos, passion for backpacking, and deep appreciation for music.
